280084 corn and cheese casserole

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Shortening to grease dish
3 larges Eggs
1 \N (8 1/2 oz.) cream corn
1 \N (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 \N (8 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 \N Stick margarine, melted
½ cup Yellow corn meal
1 \N (8 oz.) carton sour cream
4 ounces Mozzarella cheese
4 ounces Sharp Cheddar cheese
4 ounces Can diced green chili peppers
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease long Pyrex dish. Beat eggs, then add all ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour into dish and bake on center rack of oven for 1 hour or until firm in center. Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
