Corn casserole #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Cream-style corn
1 can Whole kernel corn
1 large Onion
1 medium Bell pepper
1 Jar (small) pimento
1 Egg
⅔ cup Milk
1 cup Cracker crumbs
1 cup Cheddar cheese; grated
¼ cup Butter or margarine; melted
2 tablespoons Sugar
Salt & pepper

Chop onion, bell pepper & pimento. Add remaining ingredients as listed.

Bake in greased casserole at 350 for 1 hour.
