Rice, corn and cheese casserole

Ingredients

3cupsCooked brown rice -- or white rice
2cupsCorn
1smallOnion -- finely chopped
2cupsSharp cheddar cheese -- grated
cupSkim milk
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonChili powder -- to taste
¼teaspoonBlack pepper
Paprika

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the paprika, and mix them well.

Pour the ingredients into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika, and bake the casserole in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
