| Preheat oven to 350F. Generously butter a 2 quart rectangular baking | ||
| Dish. In blender, puree | ||
| 1 | cup | Corn, fresh or frozen |
| 4 | eaches | Green chillies, drained, seeded and chopped |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | cup | Diced Monterey Jack cheese |
| ½ | cup | Cornmeal |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
