Preheat oven to 350F. Generously butter a 2 quart rectangular baking
Dish. In blender, puree
1cupCorn, fresh or frozen
4eachesGreen chillies, drained, seeded and chopped
1cupSour cream
1cupDiced Monterey Jack cheese
½cupCornmeal
teaspoonSalt

Directions
