Measure Ingredient
1 \N German Chocolate Cake mix
½ cup Margarine (1 stick)
⅓ cup Evaporated milk
50 \N Kraft caramels (1 bag)
⅓ cup Evaporated milk
1 cup Chocolate chips
½ cup Chopped nuts

Melt butter and mix with cake mix and ⅓ cup evaporated milk. Press ½ of the mixture in bottom of cake pan (9 X 13"). Bake 8 minute at 350 degrees. While it baking, melt caramels with ⅓ cup evaporated milk. Sprinkle chocolate chips & nuts over baked cake and pour melted caramels over all. Drop the remaining half of the cake mix by spoonfuls over the caramel mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes more at 350 degrees. (Use a 5⅓ oz can of evaporated milk - it's plenty!)
