Apple-mallow yam yums

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Apples -- sliced
⅓ cup Nuts -- chopped
½ cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
40 ounces Canned yams
¼ cup Butter
2 cups Miniature marshmallows
\N \N (optional)

Toss apples and nuts; combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Alternate layers of apples and yams in 1½ quart casserole dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Optional: sprinkle with marshmallows. Broil till lightly browned.
