75gramsBrussels sprouts trimmed and thinly sliced
50gramsWhite radish; grated
1largeCarrot; grated
75gramsCeleriac peeled & coarsely grated
3tablespoonsSunflower seeds
5tablespoonsMayonnaise OR garlic mayonnaise

Directions

Serves 3-4

Mix all the prepared ingredients together and toss thoroughly in the mayonnaise. Serve with granary bread.
