Fresh spinach slaw

Ingredients

| 1⅔ | cup | Pitted ripe olives |
| 4 | cups | Shredded spinach |
| 1 | Thinly shredded carrot | |
| ½ | cup | Thinly sliced radishes |
| 2 | tablespoons | Thinly sliced green onions |
| ¼ | cup | Thinly sliced celery |
| 1 | cup | Cottage cheese |
| 2 | tablespoons | Salad oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | dash | Liquid red pepper seasoning |
Directions
Quarter olives. Combine olives, spinach, carrot, radishes, onion, and celery. Blend remaining ingredients and toss with spinach mixture. Makes 6 servings.
