Yield: 6 Servings
|1 pack||(16 ounces) Oscar Mayer® Wieners|
|2 cups||Sauerkraut; drained|
|1 cup||Thinly sliced radishes|
|¼ cup||Green pepper; chopped|
|½ cup||Sour cream|
Cut unheated wieners into ½-inch pieces. Combine with sauerkraut, radishes, and green pepper in large bowl. Cover; let sit 1 hour. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in small bowl. Toss with sauerkraut; refrigerate before serving. Serve on lettuce leaves.
