Wiener sauerkraut salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (16 ounces) Oscar Mayer® Wieners
2 cups Sauerkraut; drained
1 cup Thinly sliced radishes
¼ cup Green pepper; chopped
½ cup Sour cream
½ cup Mayonnaise
\N \N Lettuce leaves

Cut unheated wieners into ½-inch pieces. Combine with sauerkraut, radishes, and green pepper in large bowl. Cover; let sit 1 hour. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in small bowl. Toss with sauerkraut; refrigerate before serving. Serve on lettuce leaves.
