| 300 | grams | Mortadella or similar sausage | 
| 150 | grams | Pickles | 
| 1 | Onion | |
| Some Parsley | ||
| Oil | ||
| Vinegar | ||
| Pepper | ||
| Some Chili powder | ||
| Salt | ||
Directions
Cut sausage and pickles into stripes. Mix. Add spices, vinegar and oil. 
Stir well. Store in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Cut onion to rings. Spread onion rings and cut parsley on top.
