Sauerkraut salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Sauerkraut, Shredded
1 cup Sugar
¼ cup Oil
⅓ cup Vinegar
1 small Onion, Chopped
½ \N Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 \N Carrot, Chopped

Drain the Kraut, mix the oil and sugar and vinegar together, stir until the sugar is melted, add the rest and stir well, allow to set in refrigerator for several hours.
