White trash corn topper casserole

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 each 1lb can cut green beans, drained
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 each 1lb can cream style corn
4 tablespoons Finely chopped onion
2 cups Cubed cooked ham
¾ cup Prepared biscuit mix

Layer in a casserole dish the beans, then the onions and then the soup. Spread the cubed ham on top and bake for about 20 minutes at 425F. Mix together the biscuit mix and the cream corn and spoon over hot casserole. Bake an additional 15 minutes longer. Origin: Adapted from White Trash. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, April/95.
