Turkey sausage pilaf

1cupLong grain rice
cupChicken broth
2eachesChicken bouillon cubes
1tablespoonFresh chopped basil
3eachesCarrots, thinly slice
½cupChopped celery
1eachPinch red peppercorns (or green)

Directions

Combine onion and sausage in large non-stick skillet. Cook over medium heat; turn to brown evenly. Add reamaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
