| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | cup | Raisins |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped spring onions |
| ¼ | cup | Roasted pinenuts |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped coriander |
Directions
In a large microwave-proof jug, place rice, salt, boiling water cinnamon, raisins and spring onions.
Microwave covered on high for 12 minutes.
Stand 5 minutes.
Toss through pinenuts and coriander.
Fork through prior to serving.
