Turkey smoked sausage and rice

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Turkey smoked sausage |
| ½ | cup | Sliced carrots |
| 1¼ | cup | Zucchini, sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 8 | ounces | Stewed tomatoes, undrained |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Basil leaves |
Directions
Cut sausage into serving size pieces, set aside. Saute carrots and zucchini in butter in skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes with juice, basil, and sausage. Bring to a boil.
