Turkish pilaf

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Almonds; slivered |
| 2 | tablespoons | Pistachio nuts; shelled |
| ¼ | cup | Dried prunes; chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Dried apricot; chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
Cook the brown rice in boiling water in a covered pot for 45 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients and serve warm.
