Turkey sausage patties

Measure Ingredient
½ teaspoon Fennel seed
½ teaspoon Red pepper, crushed,optional
½ teaspoon Rosemary
1 pounds Ground turkey
½ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt

Crush fennel, red pepper and rosemary and mix into turkey along with pepper and salt. Form 8 patties. Coat non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Cook patties over medium heat about 15 to 20 minutes, turning to brown both sides.

This is easy and good. Of course you can use ground pork instead of turkey.
