Breakfast sausage patties

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
10 ounces Ground turkey
½ teaspoon Dried sage
½ teaspoon Dried thyme
¼ teaspoon Rosemary; crushed
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Olive oil

1. In a medium bowl, with a fork, combine all the ingredients except the oil. Shape into 8 equal ¼" thick patties.

2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the patties; cook 10 minutes, turning once, until browned on both sides.

Each serving (2 patties) provides: ½ FA, 2 P. Per serving: 116 cal, 15g pro, 6g fat, 0g car, 182mg sod, 41mg chol, Night Before: Mix and shape patties. Cover and refrigerate.
