Turkey pie

Yield: 1 pie

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Cut up turkey
½ cup Leftover gravy
1 tablespoon Minced onion
½ teaspoon Rosemary
1 can 10 oz Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup Frozen peas
1 can 3 oz mushrooms, drained
1 can Refrigerator biscuits or
Home made

Mix turkey and gravy, seasonings and soup; add peas and mushrooms.

Heat slowly, stirring occasionally until bubbling hot.

Turn into 1½ quart casserole. Top with turkey shaped biscuits by rolling out and cutting with a turkey shaped cutter. Bake at 450 oven for 15 mins or until biscuits are done.
