Yield: 1 pie
|4 cups||Cut up turkey|
|½ cup||Leftover gravy|
|1 tablespoon||Minced onion|
|1 can||10 oz Cream of Chicken soup|
|1 cup||Frozen peas|
|1 can||3 oz mushrooms, drained|
|1 can||Refrigerator biscuits or|
Mix turkey and gravy, seasonings and soup; add peas and mushrooms.
Heat slowly, stirring occasionally until bubbling hot.
Turn into 1½ quart casserole. Top with turkey shaped biscuits by rolling out and cutting with a turkey shaped cutter. Bake at 450 oven for 15 mins or until biscuits are done.
