Italian turkey pie

Ingredients

1poundsGround turkey
¼cupMilk
¼cupSeasoned bread crumbs
1teaspoonGarlic salt
¼teaspoonPepper
1teaspoonCrushed oregano leaves
4tablespoonsTomato paste
ounceJar sliced mushrooms, drained
¼cupGrated parmesan
1cupShredded mozzarella (4 oz)
2tablespoonsChopped green pepper
2tablespoonsSliced olives

Directions

Combine turkey, milk, bread crumbs, garlic salt, pepper and ½ tsp crushed oregano. Press mix evenly over bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Spread paste over meat "crust." Top with oregano, mushrooms and parmesan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella, green pepper, olives. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes, cut into wedges. Makes 6 servings.
