Turkey dinner-in-a-dish

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Melted butter |
| ¼ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
| 2½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | can | (4-oz) mushrooms; drained |
| ¼ | cup | Diced pimiento |
| 1 | pack | (10oz) frozen mixed vegetables |
| 1 | pack | (16-oz) frozen French fries |
| 1⅓ | cup | Cooked; chopped turkey |
Directions
Combine butter, flour, salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until bubbly.
Add milk; continue to stir until mixture is smooth and thick. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
