Triple meat loaf

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground pork |
| 1 | pounds | Ground veal |
| 3 | slices | Bread; torn in small pieces |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sage, ground |
| 1 | pack | Soup mix, onion |
| 1 | pack | Soup mix, cream of mushroom |
| 1 | small | Green pepper; chopped |
| 1 | large | Celery stalk; thinly sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Steak sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sour cream |
| 8 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | Egg; beaten | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place mixture in a 13x9x2" baking pan, and shape into a 12x6" loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-½ hours or until done.
