Ingredients

3slicesBread; torn in small pieces
1teaspoonSage, ground
1packSoup mix, onion
1packSoup mix, cream of mushroom
1smallGreen pepper; chopped
1largeCelery stalk; thinly sliced
1tablespoonSteak sauce
1tablespoonMayonnaise
1tablespoonSour cream
8ouncesTomato sauce
¼teaspoonGarlic powder
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonPepper
1Egg; beaten

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place mixture in a 13x9x2" baking pan, and shape into a 12x6" loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-½ hours or until done.
