Triple-treat meat loaf

¼cupOnion; finely chopped
¼cupCelery; finely chopped
1cupOatmeal; quick-cooking
2teaspoonsSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
2Eggs; beaten
1cupMilk
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1cupChili sauce; divided
¼cupBreadcrumbs, dry
¼cupCheese, Parmesan
¼cupPeanuts; chopped
2tablespoonsSugar, brown
2tablespoonsFruit juice
1teaspoonMustard, prepared

Directions

Combine all the ground meat and mix thoroughly. Add onion, celery, oatmeal, salt, and pepper. Add beaten egg to milk; add Worcestershire sauce and add to meat mixture; mix well. Form into 3 loaves and place in a greased 13x9x2" pan. Spread ½ cup chili sauce over 1 loaf and sprinkle on a topping made by combine dry breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Spread second loaf with ½ cup chili sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Top third loaf with a glaze made by combine brown sugar, fruit juice, and mustard. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
