Directions
1½ lb Ground Beef, Extra Lean ⅔ c  Quick-Cooking Oats
1 c  Milk, 1% Lowfat
1 ts Salt
⅛ ts Pepper
¼ ts Poultry Seasoning
1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
¼ c  Brown Sugar, Packed
2 ts Mustard
⅛ ts Ground Nutmeg
½ c  Catsup
Combine first 9 ingredients.  Put in round microwave-safe tube pan. 
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top of meat mixture. 
Microwave at 70% power for about 15 minutes or until temperature probe says 160 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes.  Cut in half and transfer to serving plate if desired.
