Pizza meat loaf

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Eggs
1 \N Jar pizza sauce -- 14oz
\N \N Divided
1 cup Mozzarella cheese --
\N \N Shredded
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
2 pounds Ground beef, extra lean
½ pounds Italian sausage -- bulk

In a large bowl, beat eggs, Add ¾ cup of pizza sauce, cheese, bread crumbs, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Combine beef and sausage; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5x3 in. loaf pan.

Bake at 35o deg. for 1¼ hr. Drain. Spoon remaining pizza sauce over meat loaf; bake 15 min. longer or until no pink remains. Let stand 10 minutes bvefore slicing. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
