Ingredients

2tablespoonsChopped parsley
1teaspoonSeasoned salt
½teaspoonOregano
2tablespoonsKetchup
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonBrown sugar replacement (up to)
2tablespoonsWater (use as needed for desired consistency)

Directions

PLACE IN BLENDER

Combine all ingredients. Place in baking dish in meat loaf form. Bake, uncovered, at 350ø for 45 minutes to 1 hour. For variation, an indentation may be made down the middle of the loaf and ketchup poured into it. Cover with cornflake crumbs prior to baking. Calories: 120 per serving. Yield: 4 (4-oz) servings.
