Meat loaf #3

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
2 slices White bread; crumbs
4 ounces Onion; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
½ teaspoon Oregano
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Brown sugar replacement (up to)
2 tablespoons Water (use as needed for desired consistency)

PLACE IN BLENDER

Combine all ingredients. Place in baking dish in meat loaf form. Bake, uncovered, at 350ø for 45 minutes to 1 hour. For variation, an indentation may be made down the middle of the loaf and ketchup poured into it. Cover with cornflake crumbs prior to baking. Calories: 120 per serving. Yield: 4 (4-oz) servings.
