Traditional spinach dip

Yield: 1 Serving

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10 oz) frozen spinach,
\N \N Thawed & drained well
8 ounces Sour cream
8 ounces Mayonnaise
1 pack Knorr's dry vegetable soup
\N \N Mix
2 bunches Green onion, chopped
1 small Can chopped Waterchestnuts
\N \N (optional)
1 pounds Loaf of light or dark rye
\N \N Bread, round and uncut

Mix together all ingredients (except bread) and chill. To serve, hollow out the round, unsliced loaf of rye bread. Fill center with dip, and use pieces of the bread to scoop and eat. Crackers may also be used instead of the bread for serving.
