Hot spinach dip

Spinach
2tablespoonsChopped onion
4tablespoonsButter or margarine, melted
5ouncesHot pepper cheese, grated
2tablespoonsFlour
½cupEvaporated milk
½teaspoonPepper
¾teaspoonGarlic salt
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
½cupWater from the spinach
¾teaspoonCelery salt
Corn chips, crackers, or
Fried flour tortillas

Directions

Cook spinach following package directions, drain, and reserve water.

Cook onion in butter, add to spinach along with cheese, flour, milk, and remaining ingredients except corn chips. Heat, stirring occasionally over low heat in medium saucepan until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy. Serve hot with chips, crackers or tortillas.
