Spinach vegetable dip

1packFrozen chopped leaf spinach
1pintHelman's Mayonaise (16 oz)
1cupSour cream (8 oz.)
½cupChopped onions

Directions

Thaw and drain spinaach well. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Chill, for best results, chill overnight. Serve with fresh cut vegetables or with pumpernickle bread. Great dip!! Usually have to double recipe.
