Tomato-cilantro salsa

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Ripe medium tomatoes; coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Finely diced red onion
1 tablespoon Minced jalapeno
¼ cup Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Ancho chile powder
¼ cup Coarsely chopped cilantro
\N \N Salt and freshly ground pepper

Combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, chile powder, and cilantro in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Refrigerate, covered, for up to 1 day. Bring to room temperature before serving.
