Tomato salsa

Ingredients

Chopped)
4cupsMild green chiles(chopped)
5cupsOnion(chopped)
½cupJalapenos(seeded/chopped)
6Garlic cloves(chopped)
2cupsLemon juice
2tablespoonsSalt
1tablespoonPepper
2tablespoonsCumin
3tablespoonsOregano
2tablespoonsCilantro(chopped)

Directions

Combine all ingredients except cumin, oregano and cilantro in large pot and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add spices and simmer another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle not into clean pint jars, leaving ½" headspace.

Adjust lids and process in boiling water canner for 20 minutes.
