Teriyaki (broiled meat)

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Sugar
7 tablespoons Shoyu (soy sauce)
¼ teaspoon MSG; opt'l
2 teaspoons Ginger root; grated
¼ teaspoon Garlic
1 pounds Steak; cut thin

: -(4" width - 4" - 6" length) Make the shoyu sauce with grated ginger root, garlic, sugar and shoyu. Add meat and let stand for 2 hours or more before broiling.

Note: May add more seasoning to suit your taste.
