7tablespoonsShoyu (soy sauce)
¼teaspoonMSG; opt'l
2teaspoonsGinger root; grated
¼teaspoonGarlic
1poundsSteak; cut thin

Directions

: -(4" width - 4" - 6" length) Make the shoyu sauce with grated ginger root, garlic, sugar and shoyu. Add meat and let stand for 2 hours or more before broiling.

Note: May add more seasoning to suit your taste.
