7 | tablespoons | Shoyu (soy sauce) |
¼ | teaspoon | MSG; opt'l |
2 | teaspoons | Ginger root; grated |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic |
1 | pounds | Steak; cut thin |
: -(4" width - 4" - 6" length) Make the shoyu sauce with grated ginger root, garlic, sugar and shoyu. Add meat and let stand for 2 hours or more before broiling.
Note: May add more seasoning to suit your taste.
