| 7 | tablespoons | Shoyu (soy sauce) |
| ¼ | teaspoon | MSG; opt'l |
| 2 | teaspoons | Ginger root; grated |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic |
| 1 | pounds | Steak; cut thin |
Directions
: -(4" width - 4" - 6" length) Make the shoyu sauce with grated ginger root, garlic, sugar and shoyu. Add meat and let stand for 2 hours or more before broiling.
Note: May add more seasoning to suit your taste.
