Teriyaki cube steak sandwiches

Ingredients

4eachesCube (minute) steaks
¼cupSoy Sauce
1tablespoonBrown Sugar
2tablespoonsLemon juice
¼teaspoonGround ginger
¼teaspoonGround black pepper
1teaspoonCanola Oil
½eachHead Green Cabbage
4eachesHamburger Buns
2cupsFrozen Curley Fries

Directions

Pound cube steak to ⅛" thickness. Marinate steaks for 3 hours in mixture of next five ingredients. Saute in hot oil for about 1½ minutes each side. Remove, put on buns and keep warm. Slice cabbage thinly amd saute in drippings with any leftover marinade.
