Teriyaki cube steak sandwiches

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 eaches Cube (minute) steaks
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger
¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Canola Oil
½ each Head Green Cabbage
4 eaches Hamburger Buns
2 cups Frozen Curley Fries

Pound cube steak to ⅛" thickness. Marinate steaks for 3 hours in mixture of next five ingredients. Saute in hot oil for about 1½ minutes each side. Remove, put on buns and keep warm. Slice cabbage thinly amd saute in drippings with any leftover marinade.
