Teriyaki cube steak sandwiches

Ingredients

| 4 | eaches | Cube (minute) steaks |
| ¼ | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Brown Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Canola Oil |
| ½ | each | Head Green Cabbage |
| 4 | eaches | Hamburger Buns |
| 2 | cups | Frozen Curley Fries |
Directions
Pound cube steak to ⅛" thickness. Marinate steaks for 3 hours in mixture of next five ingredients. Saute in hot oil for about 1½ minutes each side. Remove, put on buns and keep warm. Slice cabbage thinly amd saute in drippings with any leftover marinade.
