Tater tot hotdish

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
2 Cans cream of mushroom or
Cream of celery soup
1 large Onion, chopped
1 large Package of frozen vegetables
Either mixed or your choice
1 large Bag Tater Tots (frozen)

Brown ground beef and cook onions just until tender. Drain excess grease from ground beef. Mix canned soup and frozen vegetables with ground beef mixture. Pour into a large baking dish and cover with the frozen Tater Tots. Bake approximately 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until Tater Tots are brown and vegies are tender. Note: You can steam the vegetables prior to mixing with meat if you like.

That speeds up the cooking time.
