Tater dipped veggies

| 1 | cup | Instant potato flakes |
| ⅓ | cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
| ½ | teaspoon | Celery salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ¼ | cup | Butter or margarine, melted and cooled |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 5 | cups | Veggies, raw, bite size |
| Prepared ranch salad dressing or dip, opt. | ||
Directions
In a small bowl, combine potatoe flakes, cheese, celery salt, garlic and butter. In another bowl, beat eggs. Dip veggies, one at a time, into egg, then in potato mixture - coat well. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 400F for 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8. Serve with dressing or dip, if desired.
