|1 cup||Instant potato flakes|
|⅓ cup||Parmesan cheese, grated|
|½ teaspoon||Celery salt|
|¼ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
|¼ cup||Butter or margarine, melted and cooled|
|5 cups||Veggies, raw, bite size|
|\N \N||Prepared ranch salad dressing or dip, opt.|
In a small bowl, combine potatoe flakes, cheese, celery salt, garlic and butter. In another bowl, beat eggs. Dip veggies, one at a time, into egg, then in potato mixture - coat well. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 400F for 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8. Serve with dressing or dip, if desired.
