1 cup | Instant potato flakes |
⅓ cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
½ teaspoon | Celery salt |
¼ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
¼ cup | Butter or margarine, melted and cooled |
2 \N | Eggs |
5 cups | Veggies, raw, bite size |
\N \N | Prepared ranch salad dressing or dip, opt. |
In a small bowl, combine potatoe flakes, cheese, celery salt, garlic and butter. In another bowl, beat eggs. Dip veggies, one at a time, into egg, then in potato mixture - coat well. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 400F for 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8. Serve with dressing or dip, if desired.
