Tater dipped veggies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Instant potato flakes
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ teaspoon Celery salt
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ cup Butter or margarine, melted and cooled
2 Eggs
5 cups Veggies, raw, bite size
Prepared ranch salad dressing or dip, opt.

In a small bowl, combine potatoe flakes, cheese, celery salt, garlic and butter. In another bowl, beat eggs. Dip veggies, one at a time, into egg, then in potato mixture - coat well. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 400F for 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8. Serve with dressing or dip, if desired.
