Tart kebab sauce

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Dates, pitted, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Vegetable oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger, ground |
Directions
