Peach kebab

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 Canned peach halves; drained
3 Bananas; thickly sliced
2 Apples; thickly sliced
1 Fresh pineapple; thickly sliced
1 cup Grapefruit juice
1 cup Honey
3 tablespoons Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
1 teaspoon Chopped mint

Thread onto skewers, alternating the fruits. Cook on aluminum foil, over barbecue, for about 5 minutes, basting with marinade.
