2 | tablespoons | Chopped gherkins |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped capers |
1 | teaspoon | Chopped chives |
½ | teaspoon | Tarragon |
¼ | teaspoon | Chervil |
¼ | teaspoon | Dry mustard powder |
2 | teaspoons | Anchovy sauce |
Directions
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Allow to stand for at least 30 minutes - this allows the flavours to permeate.
