Tartare sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise (or salad cream)
2 tablespoons Chopped gherkins
2 tablespoons Chopped capers
1 teaspoon Chopped chives
½ teaspoon Tarragon
¼ teaspoon Chervil
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard powder
2 teaspoons Anchovy sauce

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Allow to stand for at least 30 minutes - this allows the flavours to permeate.
