Tartare sauce

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped gherkins |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped capers |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chopped chives |
| ½ | teaspoon | Tarragon |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Chervil |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dry mustard powder |
| 2 | teaspoons | Anchovy sauce |
Directions
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Allow to stand for at least 30 minutes - this allows the flavours to permeate.
