Sunshine casserole

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Onion; Chopped
\N \N Butter
5 \N Yellow Squash; Sliced
½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground Cumin
2 packs Frozen Corn; Cooked And Drained, 10Oz Each
2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
\N \N Seasoned Buttered Bread Crumbs

Saute onion in butter in a large skillet. Add squash, cover and steam until squash is tender. Drain and add seasonings and corn. Cover and cook 5 minutes more. Stir in cheese and place in a 1½ quart casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
