|6 slices||Bread -- cubed|
|1 cup||Cheddar cheese -- shredded|
|¼ teaspoon||Tabasco sauce|
Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:45 Night Before:Cook sausage, crumbled, until well done. In butterd 1½ quart casserole, layer bread, sausage and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat lightly rest of ingredients.
Pour over bread, sausage and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To serve, uncover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
