Easy supper casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | Green pepper; chopped | |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil |
| 1½ | pounds | Ground beef |
| 1 | can | Whole kernel corn |
| 1 | can | (3-oz) chopped mushrooms |
| 1 | can | (6-oz) tomato paste |
| 1 | can | Tomato soup |
| 1 | can | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 4 | ounces | Grated cheddar cheese |
| 1 | pack | (5-oz) noodles |
Directions
Saute pepper & onion in oil. Add ground beef & brown. Add remaining ingredients except cheese & noodles. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cook noodles & place in casserole alternately with meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 300 for about 30 minutes. (Serve with coleslaw & French bread.)
