Shell casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
1 small Onion -- chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Flour
1¼ cup Hot water
2 teaspoons Beef bouillon
2 teaspoons Red wine
6 ounces Large shell-shaped macaroni
2 ounces Can mushrooms -- sliced and
\N \N Drained
1 cup Dairy sour cream

In skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit, cook ground beef and onion until red color disappears. Drain meat; place in slow-cooking pot.

Stir in salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and flour. Add water, bouillon and wine; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hoursl. In meantime, cook macaroni according to package directions. Add cooked macaroni, muchrooms and sour cream to slow-cooking pot; stir to mix ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
