3 pounds | London broil |
Combine orange juice, wine, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, Tabasco, turmeric, ginger & mustard; mix well. Place steak in a shallow flat dish; cover with marinade & marinate at room temperature 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade; broil to desired doneness, basting with marinade. Serve remaining marinade with meat.
