Spinach milano

Ingredients

20ouncesSpinach, chopped; frozen
¼cupFlour, all-purpose
¼cupButter (or marg.); melted
3Eggs; beaten
4slicesCheese, American process; cubed
4slicesCheese, natural brick; cubed
12ouncesCheese, cottage
Salt; to taste
Pepper; to taste

Directions

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Gradually add flour to butte,r blending until smooth; add to spinach along with remaining ingredients, mixing well.

Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
