Spinach milano

Ingredients

| 20 | ounces | Spinach, chopped; frozen |
| ¼ | cup | Flour, all-purpose |
| ¼ | cup | Butter (or marg.); melted |
| 3 | Eggs; beaten | |
| 4 | slices | Cheese, American process; cubed |
| 4 | slices | Cheese, natural brick; cubed |
| 12 | ounces | Cheese, cottage |
| Salt; to taste | ||
| Pepper; to taste | ||
Directions
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Gradually add flour to butte,r blending until smooth; add to spinach along with remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
