| 1 | tablespoon | Cinnamon |

Beat egg whites with water with wire whisk til frothy. Coat nuts with egg whites. Blend spices and sugar. Toss nuts with sugar mixture til coated.
Spread on teflon coated cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes; stir and bake an additional 15 minutes. Cool and spread on waxed paper. Bake at 325 degrees.
