1 tablespoon | Water |
1 cup | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Mix dry ingredi- ents together.
Using 1 pound pecan halves, dip halves in egg white mixture, then roll in sugar mixture. Place pecans in shallow pan; bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir gently every 10 to 15 minutes to keep pecans from sticking.
