Spiced pecan halves

½teaspoonCinnamon
cupEvaporated milk
2cupsPecan halves
1teaspoonVanilla

Directions

Boil sugar, cinnamon, and evaporated milk to the soft ball stage (240 degrees F on a candy thermometer). Add pecan halves and vanilla. Place on waxed paper and let dry.
