Spiced pecan halves

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
⅓ cup Evaporated milk
2 cups Pecan halves
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Boil sugar, cinnamon, and evaporated milk to the soft ball stage (240 degrees F on a candy thermometer). Add pecan halves and vanilla. Place on waxed paper and let dry.
