Measure Ingredient
3 \N Canned chipotles with a
\N \N Dollop of adobo- minced
¼ medium Onion- minced
3 \N Cloves garlic- minced
½ cup Ketchup
½ tablespoon Brown mustard
3 dashes Wocestershire
\N \N Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon Cumin
12 ounces Beer that has low hop
\N \N Bitterness (i.e. German bock
\N \N Bass Ale,
\N \N Newcastle)- add 3 oz to
\N \N Sauce and drink the rest
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
\N \N White pepper to taste

Simmer ½ hour to thicken
