12ouncesBeer that has low hop
Bitterness (i.e. German bock
Bass Ale,
Newcastle)- add 3 oz to
Sauce and drink the rest
2tablespoonsCider vinegar
White pepper to taste

Directions

Simmer ½ hour to thicken
