Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Stick butter or margarine; melted |
1 \N | Egg beaten |
1 can | (15 oz.) creamed corn |
1 can | (15 oz.) corn niblets; drained |
8 ounces | Sour cream |
½ pinch | Allspice |
1 pack | Jiffy Corn Bread Mix |
Mix all together, bake uncovered in greased 2 qt. casserole.
Bake 350° - 45 - 50 minutes, till set in middle.
Check with knife, add 5 mins. or more till done.
(Looks pretty baked and served in glass pan.) (Doubles well!)
