Shari's corn casserole

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Stick butter or margarine; melted
1 \N Egg beaten
1 can (15 oz.) creamed corn
1 can (15 oz.) corn niblets; drained
8 ounces Sour cream
½ pinch Allspice
1 pack Jiffy Corn Bread Mix

Mix all together, bake uncovered in greased 2 qt. casserole.

Bake 350° - 45 - 50 minutes, till set in middle.

Check with knife, add 5 mins. or more till done.

(Looks pretty baked and served in glass pan.) (Doubles well!)
