Sherry's cheese and broccoli wild rice casserole

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Wild rice |
| 1 | quart | Water |
| 4 | Chicken bouillon cubes | |
| 1 | large | Head broccoli, cut up & cooked |
| 8 | ounces | Cheese (select cheese that melts) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Milk |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine, up to 2 tbs |
Directions
Combine wild rice, water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes. Cook (see basic recipe). When rice is done add cooked broccoli. Melt cheese with milk and butter, then add to mixture and stir well. Serve hot as a casserole or cold as a summer salad delight.
Serves 5 to 6 portions.
