Measure | Ingredient |

¾ cup | Wild rice |
1 quart | Water |
4 \N | Chicken bouillon cubes |
1 large | Head broccoli, cut up & cooked |
8 ounces | Cheese (select cheese that melts) |
2 tablespoons | Milk |
1 tablespoon | Butter or margarine, up to 2 tbs |
Combine wild rice, water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes. Cook (see basic recipe). When rice is done add cooked broccoli. Melt cheese with milk and butter, then add to mixture and stir well. Serve hot as a casserole or cold as a summer salad delight.
Serves 5 to 6 portions.
