Sherry's cheese and broccoli wild rice casserole

Ingredients

¾cupWild rice
1quartWater
4Chicken bouillon cubes
1largeHead broccoli, cut up & cooked
8ouncesCheese (select cheese that melts)
2tablespoonsMilk
1tablespoonButter or margarine, up to 2 tbs

Directions

Combine wild rice, water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes. Cook (see basic recipe). When rice is done add cooked broccoli. Melt cheese with milk and butter, then add to mixture and stir well. Serve hot as a casserole or cold as a summer salad delight.

Serves 5 to 6 portions.
