Sherry's cheese and broccoli wild rice casserole

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Wild rice
1 quart Water
4 \N Chicken bouillon cubes
1 large Head broccoli, cut up & cooked
8 ounces Cheese (select cheese that melts)
2 tablespoons Milk
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine, up to 2 tbs

Combine wild rice, water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes. Cook (see basic recipe). When rice is done add cooked broccoli. Melt cheese with milk and butter, then add to mixture and stir well. Serve hot as a casserole or cold as a summer salad delight.

Serves 5 to 6 portions.
